Via Delizia – A Great Choice for Business Lunches in the Pearl!

Via-DeliziaI just love Via Delizia. It is my “go to” place when I want to meet clients or a friend for a business lunch.  There is enough space to stretch out and bring laptops or paperwork if I need it for the meeting, the space itself has a beautiful atmosphere, and the service is top-notch. Alex and his son, Isaiah, the proprietors, always aim to please, and that attitude comes through with the rest of the staff. Alex makes a killer latte, and adds a special touch with cinnamon on top, if you ask.

Now that I am a regular, I get a caramel heart on top! Via Delizia has a great menu with a wide range of paninis, and a delicious tasty tomato basil soup with yummy croutons on top. My fave is the caprese salad.

Give Via Delizia a shot for your next business lunch in the Pearl, I bet you’ll love it!

edit: I was at Via Delizia for breakfast this morning, and tried the Black Pearl Benedict, and it is simply amazing. Delicious! Be sure to try it if you are ever at Via Delizia for breakfast, and thank me next time you see me!

Portland’s Saturday Market @ PSU

Portland Saturday markets are all over the city, however; the one my wife and I frequent is located on the south park blocks on the Portland State University campus. Portland Monthly Magazine’s May issue is titled “Farmer’s Markets: An insider’s guide” – by Zach Dundas. www.portlandmonthlymag.com/
